Joe Foster

Joe Foster, is a former senior executive and with over 13 years experience as a CEO with a proven track record of developing successful businesses and teams in the global paper, petrochemical, contract stationary industries and management consulting.

Joe has served on a variety of Boards and Committees including Charles Parsons Pty Ltd, Queensland Private Enterprise Council, Allocation and Investment Committee for the Mater Foundation, National Paper Council, National Polystyrene Recycling Company, Chemical Division PACIA.

His expertise is in the areas of board reviews, facilitating cultural agility, strategic alignment and business sustainability. He is an accredited executive coach who focuses on individual leadership development including developing and implementing leadership development programs; preparing Boards, senior executives and their teams for large scale culture and behavioral change resulting from corporate restructuring initiatives. Peter is the author of numerous books and a partner of a number of consulting firms that specialise in applying the latest insights about human behaviour to leadership, team and cultural development, corporate governance and restructuring, customer research, advertising and marketing and strategic planning.

Peter’s client list includes some of Australia’s largest and best-known corporate organisations such as Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, AMP, GIO, Suncorp and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Peter is qualified in Business Communications, Neuroeconomics, Neurofeedback, NLP, Integral Coaching and was awarded an honorary diploma by the Maya-Lenca people of El Salvador for his work in preserving their cultural history.
